UK shipping

Free UK shipping on orders over £100. Use code UK100 at the checkout.

Parcels will be posted within the UK using Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a fully tracked service. Shipping costs will depend on the weight of your parcel and will range from £4.85 to £6.57. This will be calculated and applied at the checkout.*

International shipping

Parcels will be posted outside the UK using Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. Shipping costs will depend on the weight of your parcel and will range from £14.60 to £17.75 for Europe and £29 to £35.70 for the rest of the world. The shipping will be calculated and applied at the checkout.*

Tax & Duty

Countries outside the UK may apply local customs duties to your imports. This is not included in the cost so please allow for this if relevant. All international taxes, customs and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier at the point of delivery. We do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation for any additional taxes and charges.

Returns

Please get in touch if there are any issues once you’ve received your order. 

If you would like to return your item please email us with your order number at thomas@costellostudio.com or message on instagram and we will let you know where to send the return. Our policy lasts 14 days - if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
